Early Achievements

2009 – A hat-trick at the ACC Women’s Twenty20 Championship, which was the first women’s tournament organized by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) and was held in Malaysia. Announced as Player of the Match and finished as the tournament’s second runner-up.

2012 – She was named Player of the Match and Player of the Series when she achieved a hat-trick against Thailand in the ACC Women’s Cricket Championship, held in Kuwait. At ACC U-19 Women’s Cricket Championship in the same year, where she won the title of Player of the Match and Player of the Series.

2015 – Named Women of the Match in the Senior Women’s National Cricket Tournament.

2016 – Played in the ACC Women’s Asia Cup T20 in Bangkok, Thailand.

2017 – In the 1st PCA Kalpna Chawla Senior Women T20 National Championship she achieved a hat-trick and named Player of the Match.

2018 – She won the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Rural Premier International Women’s Cricket League and was awarded Player of the Match in the same tournament.

Latest Achievements

2019 – Made her T20I debut on January 12, 2019, for Nepal Women against China Women in Bangkok, Thailand. Achieed a hat-trick in the Women’s World Cup Cricket Championship Asia Qualifier match against Kuwait, held in Bangkok, Thailand.

At Kuwait in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Region Qualifier she was the Player of the Match and finished as the tournament’s first runner-up.

Again, at T20I game she played on December 7, 2019 she was also the Player of the Match. The same year, she won Player of the Match honors in the Women’s Champions League WCL T20 Tournament. She finished as the first runner-up and was named Player of the Series.

2019 – Participated in the 13th South Asian Game held in Pokhara, Nepal.

Granted first central contracts to female players by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN). 

October 2021: Named the captain of Nepal’s team for the 2021 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier tournament in the United Arab Emirates.

Player of the Series in a three-match bilateral series against Qatar, which is held in Qatar.

Early May 2022: Chhetry represents the Barmy Army team at the 2022 FairBreak Invitational T20, a privately run tournament in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
